This highly interactive workshop includes small group discussions, self-reflection, and even a bit of art class! Dr. Lauer will guide participants through reflections on when and why they experience imposter moments, meeting and drawing their own Imposter Monster, and starting to develop a relationship with their Monster so they can start to overcome their imposter beliefs and be more confident in doing difficult things.
