Dr. Rachel MK Headley is the CEO of Rose Group International, a boutique consultancy headquartered in Spearfish that specializes in project and change management, technology phase-in, and executive advisory. She has a long-term business partner, Meg McNeese, with whom she has launched several companies, including Helix, a technology company for assessing an organization's tolerance for change and innovation. She also owns several companies with her husband, Cappie, including Shortgrass Resort, a luxury, child-free, all-inclusive property in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Headley also supports the Magnolia Network hit series, "Building Outside the Lines," which showcases Cappie and their daughter, Alex.
