As the founder of Showcase Your Shine, she blends expertise in applied behavior science, technology, and theater to help professionals elevate their presence—whether on the job site, shop floor, or in the boardroom.

A proud former safety director and one of the few women to hold that role in the Puget Sound region in the ’90s, Rebecca earned the Seattle Vicinity Safety Council’s Safety Professional of the Year award for her leadership in a male-dominated industry. She now combines boots-on-the-ground experience with vocal mastery to help clients refine their listening, speaking, and presenting skills to elevate their careers.

An early audiophile who sang before she could talk, Rebecca has produced and directed over 1,300 audio/video projects and delivered more than 1,500 presentations worldwide.
