She is a highly regarded coach and facilitator, partnering globally with organizations such as Maersk, Starbucks, Slalom, and AWS.

Drawing on 20+ years of training and a professional career spanning stage, film, and voiceover, Hilary brings a distinctive blend of artistry and strategy to leadership development. Hilary earned her MFA in Acting from the National Theatre Conservatory and her BA from Yale University.
