Speaker Bio
Kristy Morgan speaks about leadership, growth, and the human side of business. After nearly two decades in corporate America across industries like medical devices, EVs, and data centers, she walked away to start her own business aligned with her values. Today, she works with small and mid-sized businesses to help technically minded leaders develop the skills to lead people, not just projects.
Kristy’s career spans operations, consulting, global supply management, and technical program management. She began in manufacturing at Stryker, a global medical device company, before obtaining a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. She then moved into energy and utility consulting, later joining Ernst & Young (EY), where she advised Fortune 500 clients on operational excellence and process improvement. Along the way, she earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), reinforcing her expertise in structure, accountability, and execution.
Her career also included leadership roles at Tesla, focused on accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable transportation, and at Meta, where she supported high-tech, sustainable data center construction. Across all of these experiences, she came to a clear realization: even the best innovations fail without strong, people-centered leadership.
Known for her energetic and perceptive style, Kristy blends storytelling, humor, and hard-earned insights to inspire leaders to value people as their greatest asset. Her talks spark curiosity, courage, and meaningful change, leaving audiences with practical tools and a renewed belief that human-centered leadership is the key to sustainable success.
