Jeff Cann is a leadership coach, business technologist, and business strategist. He serves the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Encore Electric, where he spearheads the company’s strategic use of technology to drive business success. He was a finalist in the 2022 Colorado CIO ORBIE Awards, honoring the leadership and innovation that he brings to technology in the construction industry.

He was also Encore’s first Chief Strategist, serving in this role for 7 years, where he professionalized the company’s business planning and led the company through strategic planning as it grew from $92M to over $250M in revenue and doubled the number of employees.

He has published more than a dozen articles on the effective use of technology and is a frequent industry panelist, podcast guest, and speaker.

He is a founding member of CIO Mastermind whose mission is to accelerate the careers of strategic tech leaders. He served on the Society for Information Management’s board of directors.
