Stephanie A. Burke brings over 15 years of public sector experience to her dual roles as founder of CornerCatalyst Consulting and Director of the Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation at Denver International Airport (DEN).
Her consulting firm, CornerCatalyst, is an innovative solutions-focused practice specializing in organizational development for large, complex organizations seeking to improve strategic human capital initiatives. This expertise directly supports her work at DEN, where she has served since late 2021, leading two key programs: Career Pathways, which fosters aviation talent pipeline development, and Research and Innovation initiatives focused on industry research and best practices.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has worked across diverse sectors including parks and recreation, law enforcement and security, public transportation, and aviation. A consistent thread in her work has been leveraging her expertise to develop people and manage complex projects—skills that now drive her success in both consulting and aviation leadership.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine, a Master's in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, and a Project Management Certificate from UCLA. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
