Stuart Thomas is the founder and President of Arrow Performance Group, a Colorado-based organizational development consulting firm serving public-sector, K-12, and community organizations. He has over 40 years of experience helping leaders transform their organizations through successful strategy development and implementation. Before founding APG in 2004, Stuart spent 20 years with Accenture/Andersen Consulting. He has guided more than 400 organizations across fifteen industries to improved performance. Stuart holds a bachelor degree in Chemistry from Miami University (OH), an M.B.A. from Colorado State University, and an M.S. in Information Technology from the University of Denver, plus certifications in project management, coaching, and human resources.
