Beatie Wolfe

Described by Vice as a “musical weirdo and visionary” and named by WIRED as one of “22 people changing the world” is a pioneering artist whose work bridges the physical and digital. She has beamed her music into space, served as a UN role model for innovation, and exhibited her world-first designs at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum.

Her innovations span a visualization of 800,000 years of NASA CO₂ data premiered at the Nobel Prize Summit, a Brain Installation showcased at the London Design Biennale and now at the Museum of Science Boston, and a Big Oil x Methane project that won the Prix Ars Electronica Golden Nica.

Additional projects include the world’s first bioplastic record with Michael Stipe and EarthPercent, a mail-art collaboration with DEVO’s Mark Mothersbaugh, new work with Brian Eno, and co-founding a groundbreaking research initiative exploring music’s impact on dementia.
